A native Australian medium to large tree growing to 20 metres in its natural habitat but more like 10 metres when in cultivation. Golden Penda is well known for it's bright yellow flowers that in warmer climates will cover the tree for a large portion of the year, however, when grown in the southern states flowers are not as prolific. The flowers are a favourite to birds and bees of all kinds.
Can be used as a feature tree orpruned to create a dense hedge.
Prefers moist well drained soil, and full sun to part shade.
