We are business as usual.
We are still open with business running as normal and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Our opening hours are 7am - 3.30pm Monday-Thursday and 7am - 1pm Friday & Saturday. If we find this situation changes we will make an announcement informing you. However we have made some changes to the way we will be handling payments and dispatch.
We will be continuing:
- Wholesale orders.
- Local deliveries by our inhouse delivery service.
- Working with Freight companies to continue pick up/delivery of orders to the nursery.
- Allowing pick up of orders onsite.
But with the following changes:
- Please make your order over the phone or email (0438 734 482 or firstname.lastname@example.org), we will have your order ready for pick up by you or the freight service in the dispatch area.
- When completing pick up or drop off in dispatch please call 0438 734 482 to confirm
- Please do not come to the office unless absolutely necessary.
- Payments will be taken over the phone or via bank transfer. No cash accepted.
- On site bathroom facilities are staff only.
- Our staff will be practicing social distancing, please respect and comply with minimum distancing of 1.5m between people.
